We are ll Grillo:
an early music duo whose aim
is to create a peaceful, contemplative mood.
Our instruments, Renaissance recorders
and tenor viola da gamba, are quiet yet resonant.
Our repertoire is drawn from English, French, and Italian
sources of  the 13th through 16th centuries and includes
chansons, fantasias, ballades, rondeaux,
medieval dances, and more.
